I’m Val Margarit, and my journey began in Romania, where I grew up in a family with no English speakers and no formal education.
At 16, I moved to a nearby town by myself to finish high school at night while working early morning shifts in a clothing factory.
A few years later, I moved to the United States with big dreams and an unbreakable work ethic.
​
Despite numerous challenges and working minimum wage jobs, I persevered.
I earned degrees in sociology, political science, and education leadership from prestigious universities.
But academic credentials alone didn’t bring me fulfillment.
I had to unlearn old beliefs and discover my true purpose and values.

Aligning Purpose with Success

Through resilience, determination, and self-discovery, I became the CEO of my own life.
I learned that aligning my actions with my core values was the key to achieving true success and fulfillment.
